Colorado is much more than just mountains. This beautiful state has 38,900 farms and ranches which employ 195,000 people and contributes $47 billion to Colorado's economy. The state has over 32 million agricultural acres and was ranked 10th largest cattle producer in the country in 2022, accommodating over 2.65 million cows & calves. With an industry this large it is easy for the little guys to get left behind. By sourcing locally we can support the smaller, family owned farms and keep some of that money in the local communities.
